Sales Development Representative (Inside Sales Rep)

Merchant risk solution for payment providers to detect and monitor noncompliant merchants
before and after onboarding.
Digital commerce risk solution for platforms and marketplaces to monitor violations of policies on
content and/or advertising.
Bankruptcy risk solution for lenders and creditors identify monitor and manage bankrupt
accounts.
Data and regulatory solutions for financial institutions to aggregate and curate data manage credit
risk and make regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities
Create and deliver lead generation campaigns (email programs social media accountbased
marketing thought leadership webinars etc.).
Research and analyze target markets and target segments map accounts to understand their
needs and challenges.
Collaborate with sales executives across the group to identify and pursue crossselling and
upselling opportunities.
Conduct outbound prospecting to identify and qualify potential leads using channels such as
email phone and social media.
Schedule appointments for sales managers and/or product managers where needed to further
engage in proposals presentations negotiations and deal closure.
Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads track and report on key sales metrics.
Help to conduct product demonstrations to prospective customers.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or a related field
3 years of experience in inside sales or a related field
Proven ability to identify qualify and nurture leads
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent written and verbal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator ZoomInfo Salesforce
Preferably having experience of working with SaaS solution providers and FinTech firms
Preferably having experience of working for potential leads in India and APAC region
Preferably having experience of working for potential leads in banking and financial services
