Job Title: Senior Project Manager

Location: Melbourne VIC Australia

Duration /Term: 12 Months/Long Term Contract

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project/program activities and work with crossfunctional teams
• Identify assess and mitigate risks
• Assist in identifying dependencies plan and communicate completion of tasks
• Provide daytoday coordination for tasks
• Support communications and coordination through recurring meetings or other mediums as well as assisting with other administrative needs
• Creating and corresponding relevant information including but not limited to status updates to the team project or program (both internal and external)
• Track project/program schedules/dates/milestones etc.
• Experience with Jira/Confluence to provide additional administrative support for backlogs or documentation
• Experience in the telecom industry to understand

Experience & Qualification:

• 10 years of project management experience Masters degree preferred PMI Certification required.
• Knowledge/background in software industry products/services/applications with indepth knowledge of Microsofts products/services/applications preferred.
• Must possess strong cross team/group/org collaboration skills; ability to foresee and analyze project risks develop risk management plan and mitigate subsequent issues.
• The ideal candidate will have highpowered analytical skills and the ability to understand concepts and situations that pass by many others.
• Specialized knowledge as defined by project required.
• 5 years of experience in embedded systems software development cycle.
• Experience with vulnerabilities & invehicle connectivity interfaces and protocols e.g. CAN BLE WiFi GNSS mitigation mechanisms and security enforcement.
• Experience in running security operations center playbooks incident response plans Knowledge of AWS Infra embedded systems backend services PKI services security monitoring tools and processes (pentesting vulnerability scanning etc.)
• Ability to exercise technical judgment in solving software engineering challenges.
• Ability to be an influential member of a highly integrated team composed of both technical and nontechnical members. Knowledge of technical architectures computer science and software development lifecycle.
• Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results across organizations and business unit Expert knowledge of Atlassian Jira Confluence and project management tools Thrives in a highly collaborative fastpaced environment
• Bachelor in the areas of Computer Science OR Computer engineering OR Electrical engineering 7 years of experience in Program Management on technical crossfunctional projects.
