Mission:
Design build and lead the development of a scalable AI aggregation platform from concept to full product
Outcomes:
1. Technical Roadmap Development:
and nbsp; and nbsp; Deliver a comprehensive technical roadmap within the first 2 weeks.
and nbsp; and nbsp; Include milestones timelines and resource allocation.
2. Architecture Design:
and nbsp; and nbsp; Design a scalable and robust architecture within the first 2 months.
and nbsp; and nbsp; Ensure the architecture supports seamless integration with multiple AI services.
3. Implementation Oversight:
and nbsp; and nbsp; Oversee the development process to ensure the MVP is delivered within 2 months.
and nbsp; and nbsp; Ensure 90% of project milestones are met on time.
and nbsp; Continuously improve and scale the platform based on user feedback and technological advancements.
4. Team Leadership and Collaboration:
and nbsp; and nbsp; Build and lead a highperforming technical team.
and nbsp; and nbsp; Achieve an 85% team satisfaction rate in quarterly surveys.
5. Quality Assurance and Security:
and nbsp; and nbsp; Implement best practices for code quality security and performance.
and nbsp; Ensure zero critical security incidents in the first year and beyond.

Competencies:
1. Strategic Vision:
and nbsp; and nbsp; Align technical strategies with business goals ensuring longterm scalability and adaptability.
2. Technical Expertise:
and nbsp; Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure microservices architecture and AI integrations.
and nbsp; Proficiency in AWS Google Cloud or Azure.
and nbsp; Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker Kubernetes).
and nbsp; Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
3. Leadership:
and nbsp; Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams to high performance.
4. ProblemSolving:
and nbsp; and nbsp; Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex issues.
5. Communication:
and nbsp; Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders and align team efforts.
