Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversee the recruitment process including sourcing interviewing and selecting candidates.

Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (Master s degree preferred).
Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar senior HR role with at least X years of experience.
Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices including employment law and regulations.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and developing a highperforming HR team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strategic thinker with the ability to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Proficiency in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and other HR software.
