Key Responsibilities : Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding ensuring a high volume of qualified candidates are hired within budget and timeline. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards social media referrals and campus drives to attract top talent. Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate fit for open positions. Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure smooth onboarding processes for new hires. Monitor and report on recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize future campaigns.
Job Requirements : Proven experience in bulk hiring mass recruitment talent acquisition talent sourcing end to end recruitment screening and recruitment. Strong understanding of the Indian job market and ability to build relationships with top talent. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in English. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Bachelors degree preferred but not required.
