Business Analyst

• Analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends opportunities and challenges.

• Translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations for marketing and business strategies.

• Design and develop insightful reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders effectively.

Requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst.

• Strong SQL skills for data pulls.

• Experience with Tableauknowledge of Python is desirable.

• Facilitate ad hoc report and data requests with a quick turnaround time.

• Analytical mindset with problemsolving abilities.

• Rapid onboarding on projects understanding analytics goals and working with illdefined datasets

• Eagerness to learn and ability to work with limited supervision.

• Good knowledge of Statistics

• Prior work experience in technologybased roles is desirable

• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).

Experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably within the retail industry. Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Expertise in building and maintaining interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI. Working knowledge of Python for basic data manipulation and analysis tasks. Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor insights for diverse audiences. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for retail and a strong understanding of key retail metrics. Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
