Account Executive Up to RM 35k

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including ledger entries and reconciliations.
  
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements such as balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
  
• Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure timely payment and collection.
  
• Conduct periodic financial analysis to identify variances and trends.
  
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
  
• Prepare and file tax returns and other compliance documents.
  
• Assist with audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  
• Stay informed about changes in accounting regulations and standards.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
  
• CPA certification or progress towards CPA preferred.
  
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel familiar with accounting software is advantageous.
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
