About the role:

The Inflight Entertainment Content Scheduler Specialist is responsible for managing airlines content selection process and constantly delivering customer service with care and thoughtfulness representing Touch values as the main focal for customers.

The Content Scheduler Specialist must be able to create conceptual content curation strategies contemplating targeted audiences consumer habits and overall global/regional content trends. Design concepts aligned with the Airline markets and global brand strategy. Sort and select content (films tv shows music etc) for different IFE systems.

We are looking for a creative mind with the ability to utilize data and insights on the decisionmaking process but also thinking outside of the box to create coherent content strategies and seek and nurture strategic partnerships between content owners and the customer.

The Content Scheduler Specialist must also support the other Touch teams to ensure contractual obligations (SLA s and KPI s) are being met and keep Touch headquarters always updated about the customer perception of the quality of the service delivered.

About the responsibilities:

• Create conceptual content curation strategies contemplating targeted audiences consumer habits and overall global/regional content trends.
  
• Design content concepts aligned with the Airline markets and global business strategy.
  
• Understand airlines passenger profiles to properly tailor an assertive content strategy.
  
• Sort and select content (Film&TV regional and special content) for different systems.
  
• Manage and utilize data insights to create coherent content curation.
  
• Conduct content license negotiations with distributors and content creators.
  
• Develop special projects and propose innovation through strategic partnerships with relevant content creators and brands.
  
• Seek innovative opportunities that bring value and differentiation to the Airline s Inflight Entertainment platforms.
  

About you:

• Based in South Korea
  
• Fluent in English and Korean
  
• Marketing Communication or Data Analytics background.
  
• Previous experience with content programming.
  
• Organizational and time management skills.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Keynote.
  
• Comfortable with internal and external presentations.
  
• Ability to manage people and lead projects.
  
• Selfstarter with strong problemsolving skills.
  
• Airline / Entertainment industry experience is a plus.
  
• Customer service experience is a plus.
  
• Availability for occasional travel as required by the position.
