3. Summary of the opportunity

Client Overview: We are hiring for a technology company located in the Redmond WA area.

Role Summary: As a MidLevel UX Researcher you will support foundational research and evaluative design usability testing for Viva Horizontals a crosssuite solution area of the Viva Employee Experience product. You will collaborate with the Principal UX Researcher and work closely with the Viva Studios Design team.

4. What are the key responsibilities

Conduct B2B UX research on various audiences including individual employees people leaders IT admins/managers and HR/data analysts.

Collaborate with designers and product management partners on key priority design projects from earlystage foundational user research to iterative design evaluations.

Perform ongoing UX Health studies to evaluate the usability of designbuilt experiences for release to engineering.

Utilize methods such as moderated/unmoderated interviews group discussions and surveys to collect data.

Analyze and derive insights from quantitative and qualitative data complementing other research conducted independently or in partnership with stakeholders.

Prioritize work based on the needs of the design team with guidance from Viva Insights UXR and the Principal UXR Manager.

5. What experience are we looking for to drive success

MUSTHave Skills and Qualifications:

57 years of handson research and/or product planning experience in a technology industry setting.

Advanced degree in HCI market research human factors psychology or a related field or a BA/BS in one of these fields with significant industry experience.

Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods and analyzing human behavioral data.

Experience conducting research with a B2B audience (employees and workers).

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

Familiarity with tools such as Figma User Testing Playbook US Respondent.IO Qualtrix PowerPoint Word and Excel.

Ability to work in a matrixed department and act proactively.
