Sales Manager (Estate Agency) Somerton Somerset

Basic Salary: £28000 to £32000
On Target Earnings: £40000 to £50000


Are you an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager looking for an exciting opportunity with a leading independent estate agent If so we want to hear from you!

Our client a leading independent estate agent is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead their residential sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career in the property industry with a company that values excellence and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and mentor the residential sales team driving high performance and continuous development.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow the residential sales business.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Monitor local property market trends to inform business strategies and advise clients.
  • Track and report on sales team performance providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Assist with complex negotiations ensuring the best possible outcomes for clients.
  • Ensure all sales activities comply with relevant legislation and industry standards.
  • Identify opportunities for business growth and work towards achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.

The Ideal Candidate:
  • Proven experience in a sales management or valuer role within the residential property industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a clientfocused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced targetdriven environment.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of the local residential property market is an advantage.
  • A valid UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
