Description:
Location: Pune (Hybrid)
Shift: General Shift (Candidate must be flexible to overlap 4 hours with PST)
Job Responsibilities:
710 years of overall experience with 7 years of relevant experience.
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT:
- Effectively manage and maintain vendor database
- Update vendor folders
- Raise Purchase Orders and track vendor invoices
- Support team in Supplier Performance management by getting SLA information from vendors at a monthly cadence
- Create Statement of Works
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with the team internal departments and outside vendors to effectively coordinate activities and collaborate on special projects
- Provide support to the team on various projects and initiatives when needed
- Maintain contact lists
- Track meeting notes and action items for the team
- Support Director Platform Supplier Management with scheduling
- Plan and manage team events offsites and other meetings
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Good organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Word Excel SharePoint SAPAriba
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrates careful attention to detail
