Remote Planning Consultant

DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Planning Consultant that will help our clients plan smartly and achieve more savings. In this role you are the primary point of contact for the client and will provide them with the best options available to meet their needs and complete their request.

• Research share and confirm itineraries and reservations with the client
  

• Provide special offers and important details to the client
  

• Uncapped Commission
  

• Provide the client with the required industry information such as low fares exchange costs and penalties
  

• Business Opportunity
  

• Fulfill all requests regarding necessary regulations (DOT TSA passports visas etc.)
  

• Attend live training to help you excel within our company

• Great written communication skills and professionalism a plus but not required
  

• Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously
  

• Ability to work independently exercising discretion and judgment
  

• Demonstrate excellent professional customer service and problem resolution skills
