• Assist in identifying and developing new business opportunities.

• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job ads screening resumes and scheduling interviews.
  
• Help organize and conduct onboarding programs for new employees.
  
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy.
  
• Support HR team in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
  
• Assist in handling employee inquiries and providing necessary support.
  

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Human Resources Communications or related field.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  

• Previous internship or experience in sales marketing or human resources.
  
• Knowledge of relevant software tools (e.g. CRM software for Sales digital marketing tools for Marketing HR software for HR).
  
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  
• Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas (for Marketing).
  
• High level of confidentiality and ethical standards (for HR).
  

• Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in sales marketing human resources or related fields are welcome to apply.
