Job Title: Commercial Real Estate Paralegal
Company: Growing law firm specializing in Commercial Real Estate transactions
Location: Aventura FL
Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate all aspects of Commercial Real Estate closings conduct title examinations collaborate with attorneys to prepare and review legal documents communicate effectively with clients lenders and other parties stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements: Minimum of 3 5 years of experience as a Paralegal in Commercial Real Estate proven expertise in closings and title processes strong organizational skills excellent communication and interpersonal skills proficiency in Spanish.
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with additional legal software and tools (Qualia & DoubleTime).
Compensation: Competitive salary in the range of $80000 $100000 annually.
