Head of Financial Budgeting Business Planning

Main responsibilities: • The incumbent will assume prime responsibility for the group financial budgeting and business planning, analyzing and deploying the latest budgeting/ forecasting tools and developing the Group’s budgetary policy/ framework and the related budgetary, business planning templates and coordinating rating agencies. • Create long-term financial strategies to maximize shareholder value whilst pursuing prudent policies. • Develop/implement and monitor annual budgets for all divisions/departments/units of the Group. • Provide management with regular reports on progress towards targets, flagging variations and performing initial checks on reasons for under/over achievement. • Oversee the budgeting, forecasting and business planning of Group performance for the domestic and international businesses. Required Skills & Experience: • Bachelor/ Master degree University Graduate/preferred with a Major in Marketing, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or Information Technology (related field of study) • At least 15 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank/ at least 6 years in bank in a senior managerial capacity in the financial budgeting & business planning function. • Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA, CMA, CFA etc. is a plus. • Please note due to high volume of applicants, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
