Electronic Warranties - Customer Service - Norwegian

On this occasion we are looking for native or bilingual Norwegian teleoperators who speak English as well and who reside in any area of the Spanish territory.

Tasks

Your mission will be the reception of calls and customer service to give support to a company specialised in warranties and insurance of electronic devices for the management of coverage for possible incidents that customers may have.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service and knowledge of similar products is valuable.
• Native Norwegian or advanced level.
• English advanced level.
• Ability to adapt to the customer.

Benefits

• Competitive salary of 22.000 euros/year.
• Temporary 4month contract with real possibilities of continuity.
• 100% teleworking modality (with a contract from the first day of training).
• 39 hours per week (worked 5 days a week).
• Shift from 8:00 am to 20:05 and Saturdays from 9:00 am to 17:00 (two Saturdays per month are free).
• Online training in English within a contract.
