The Role:

• Remotely support our thriving community from the comfort of your home in Athens Greece.
• Become a trusted advisor delivering timely accurate and professional customer service through chat email and inbound calls.
• Maintain exceptional service standards ensuring high customer satisfaction is at the heart of everything you do.
• Embrace a problemsolving mindset investigating issues thoroughly to understand their root cause.
• Provide detailed and informative responses closing the loop with updates and educational resources for each workflow.
• Become a knowledge hub for your team fostering a collaborative learning environment for all agents.
• Maintain prompt communication offering swift responses and additional information regarding workflows.
• Partner with internal teams identifying and escalating any performance issues for resolution.
• Contribute to a seamless user experience by providing additional assistance with nonticket issue escalation.

• Native German speaker with B2 level English proficiency.
