Wealth and Personal Banking is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking to become one of the worlds largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets. Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth ranging from personal banking for individuals and families through to business owners investors and ultrahighnetworth individuals. We provide products and services such as bank accounts credit cards personal loans and mortgages as well as asset management insurance wealth management and private banking that best suit our customers needs.
We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join our Private Banking team working together to provide a world class service to our most valuable clients.
- The Senior Relationship Manager is in charge of managing and developing a client relationships
- Provides fullservice banking and all transactions to highnetworth individual clients through the marketing of all appropriate company services
- Establishes new relationships and manages existing relationship to generate new AUM Revenue and enhance ROTCP (return on total client position) and ROA (return on assets)
- Cooperates with platform manager to clear pending items improve quality and resolve problems
- Grow revenue increase AUM of portfolio and increase inflows of net new money (NNM) achieving growth by leveraging brand channels and RM network
- Has regular contact and meetings with clients
- Ensures clients objectives are met through an appropriate selection of products within the client portfolio.
- Ensures clients are aware of their level of risk
- Research account and transaction records to resolve basic discrepancies answer questions or provide documentation on client activities
- Ensures clients KYC CDD and AML information is up to date.

Knowledge / Experience
An extensive network within the Bahrain UHNWI market leveraging strong connections to drive business growth.
Robust technical banking skills to provide comprehensive financial solutions.
Proven business development skills focused on systematically expanding our market share in Bahrain.
Expertise in managing UHNWIs with complex financial needs ensuring tailored and effective service.
Experience in international private banking bringing a global perspective to client management.
A commitment to delivering excellence in private banking maintaining the highest standards of client service and satisfaction.
