Job Summary: The Manager will oversee daily operations manage project implementation and ensure alignment with organizational goals. The role involves coordinating with different departments managing budgets and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks.
• Manage and implement various projects and initiatives.
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor budgets and ensure financial accountability.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Liaise with external partners donors and community stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Management Social Work or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role preferably in the NGO sector.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
