NC - RN Oncology - Asheville

Mobile Health Team Inc. a staffing agency has an opening for a permanent fulltime RN Oncology. We are looking for someone with a passion for people.

Location: Asheville NC 28806

Assignment Start Date: 6/5/2024

Shift: Full Time MondayFriday (no weekends no holidays) 8a5p

Interviews: 1 interview onsite after 3 pm. Possible shadow (case by case basis)

Salary: $36$42 is the targeted hourly rate or $75000.00 to $87000.00

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATION

Experience:

• Prior oncology experience is ideal. If no oncology experience then Emergency Room and Medical/Surgical experience are OK.
• Experience in accessing ports and picc lines Infusion is required
• Experience with hematology/oncology patients in a clinic or hospital is required.
• Must have experience in IV therapy.

Licenses Certifications and/or Registration:

• Must be a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of employment
• Current CPR & BLS certifications are required.
• Must be OCN Certified
• Must have a Valid Drivers license in state of residency for travel to clinics

Knowledge/Ability/Skills:

• The ability to assess patient needs and conditions is essential.
• Must have strong critical thinking skills as well as the ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies.
• Fluency in the English language with excellent oral and written communication skills is required.
