Location: Indore

Job Description:
We are hiring a dynamic and motivated staffing consultant to join our B2B sales team focusing on the Canada region. As a consultant you will be responsible for initiating outbound sales calls to prospective clients introducing them to our staffing solutions and securing appointments for our team to further explain our services and establish partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate outbound sales calls to businesses in Canada effectively communicating the benefits and value of Global Hires staffing solutions.
  • Email communication with clients.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their needs and challenges and position Global Hire as the solution provider of choice.
  • Book appointments for company representatives to meet with prospective clients and facilitate discussions on service offerings and partnership opportunities.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients and update the CRM system accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transition of leads and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound sales preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written with a strong ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively with potential clients.
  • Resultsoriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Selfmotivated proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficient in using sales tools and techniques.
  • Flexibility to work in Canada shift timings. EDT 9:30 AM 6:30 PM
