• Overseeing the full recruitment life cycle from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires.

• Bachelors/Master s degree in Business Administration or related field

• Excellent leadership presentation communication and negotiation skills

• Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Knowledge of HR systems and databases.
