Gastroenterologist Job Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and managing patients with gastrointestinal disorders
• Performing diagnostic procedures such as endoscopies and colonoscopies
• Interpreting laboratory and imaging tests to diagnose conditions
• Developing treatment plans and providing ongoing care to patients
• Collaborating with other medical professionals to coordinate patient care
• Providing patient education and counseling on gastrointestinal health

Required Qualifications:

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
