Overview:

As a Relationship Manager for Mutual Funds you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients to promote and sell mutual funds products. You will be responsible for providing financial advice understanding clients investment needs and offering suitable mutual fund solutions. Your role is essential in ensuring client satisfaction and longterm business success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
  • Understand clients needs and offer suitable mutual fund investment options
  • Promote and sell mutual funds products to individual and institutional clients
  • Provide financial advice and guidance to clients on mutual fund investments
  • Develop and execute strategies to increase mutual fund sales and market share
  • Keep abreast of market trends and investment products in the mutual funds industry
  • Assist clients in portfolio management and investment planning
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
  • Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the mutual funds business
  • Prepare and present reports on sales performance market activities and client feedback
  • Participate in promotional activities and events to enhance the visibility of mutual fund products
  • Adhere to industry regulations and compliance standards in all client interactions
  • Develop and implement customer retention strategies to maintain a loyal client base
  • Stay updated on industry regulations product changes and market developments

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Economics or related field
  • Professional certification in mutual funds or related financial services (e.g. CFA CFP) preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in mutual fund sales financial advisory or relationship management
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent understanding of mutual fund products investment strategies and market trends
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the financial services industry
  • Outstanding communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships built on trust and integrity
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and financial analysis tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and market information
  • Highly motivated resultoriented and capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment
  • Exceptional problemsolving abilities and decisionmaking skills
  • Flexibility to travel and meet with clients as needed
  • Committed to upholding ethical standards and delivering exceptional customer service
