Key responsibilities

• Performing phacoemulsification and other advanced cataract surgeries with precision and expertise
• Evaluating and diagnosing eye conditions and diseases such as glaucoma macular degeneration and diabetic retinopathy
• Developing treatment plans and providing specialized care for patients including preoperative and postoperative care
• Conducting comprehensive eye examinations and prescribing corrective measures such as glasses or contact lenses
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care and optimal outcomes
• Participating in research educational activities and continuous medical learning to stay updated with the latest advancements in ophthalmology

Required qualifications

• Medical degree (MD/DO) in Ophthalmology from an accredited institution
• Completion of a residency program in Ophthalmology
• Board certification in Ophthalmology
• Fellowship or additional training in Phacoemulsification and Cataract Surgery
• Licenses to practice medicine and perform surgeries in the state of Ghaziabad
• Demonstrated expertise in performing phacoemulsification surgeries and managing complex eye conditions
• Strong surgical skills and dexterity with attention to detail and precision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients families and healthcare teams
