Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and administer medications
• Assess patient health and document observations
• Communicate with patients and their families

Required Qualifications:

• General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) qualification
• Valid nursing license from the State Nursing Council
• CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Proven experience as a Staff Nurse in a healthcare setting
• Sound knowledge of nursing principles and practices
• Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment
• Good physical and emotional endurance
• Empathy and compassion in patient care
• Proficiency in medical documentation and recordkeeping
• Knowledge of medication administration and dosage calculation
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
• Understanding of infection control protocols
