Senior React Native Engineer

• Lead the development of highquality mobile applications using React Native.
• Design and implement new features and functionalities to improve user experience.
• Build reusable components and frontend libraries for future use.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
• Optimize applications for maximum performance across a vast array of webcapable devices and browsers.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define design and ship new features.
• Mentor and guide junior developers fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot and debug applications providing timely resolutions to issues.
• Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in frontend development.

• 5 to 10 years of experience in designing and building mobile applications using React Native.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript including ES6 features.
• Solid understanding of React Native architecture and ecosystem.
• Experience with state management libraries such as MobX or Redux.
• Familiarity with frontend development tools such as Babel Webpack and NPM.
• Sound knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration with backend services.
• Strong understanding of responsive web design principles and media queries.
• Proficient in HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript frameworks like AngularJS ReactJS or VueJS.
• Experience in unit testing with Jest or similar frameworks.
• Good sense of design and user experience with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude. Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
• Passionate about building worldclass user interfaces and improving user experience.
• Experience with Figma or similar design tools is a plus.
• Previous experience in a leadership or mentoring role is highly desirable.
