IT Support Specialist

IO Interactiveis seeking a talented individual to join our team in a role that will support all of our studios and projects. Currently we are working on two exciting game projects: Project 007 a brandnew James Bond video game featuring an entirely original Bond story and Project Fantasy an ambitious new IP for console and PC that will revolutionize the online fantasy RPG genre.

As we continue to develop these projects we require an IT specialist to support our team here in our Malm studio. We are looking for someone who has great initiative and a desire to collaborate with our Studio Manager and Office Coordinator to make ensure our work environment stays thriving!

What You Will Do:

• Provide frontline IT support to employees in our Malmo studio.
• Log and update support requests in Service Desk software ensuring timely communication with users.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computers software printers and mobile devices.
• Maintain IT equipment administer mobile phones and ensure compliance with IT policy requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Windows environments including Microsoft/Office 365 Active Directory Exchange and Windows deployment.
• Assist in building and repairing computers and replacing hardware components as needed.
• Utilize a basic understanding of networking concepts such as IP DHCP and DNS to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with the Studio Manager and Office Coordinator to solve technical issues in and around the Studio.

Who You Are:

• Experienced in supporting a team of developers in a Microsoft environment with at least 3 years in frontline IT support.
• Proficient in Windows troubleshooting Microsoft 365 Admin Center Active Directory Exchange Cloud and Windows deployment.
• Skilled in computer hardware/software maintenance and AV equipment setup.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for computers software printers and networking issues.
• Proactive selfsufficient and uptodate on IT infrastructure and industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting Group Policy Objects (GPOs) configuration and SCCM deployments is a plus.
