FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS (Basic Qualifications)
- 7 years of experience with the ServiceNow platform ITAM including SAM CMDB Discovery MID Servers Workflow/Notifications Workspaces UI Policies Business Rules Client Scripts Script Includes Catalog Client Scripts Catalog UI Policies Email Scripts ACL Roles / Groups.
- 5 years of experience with importing and exporting data to ServiceNow using data loads transform maps and transform scripts.
- 5 years of experience developing ServiceNow SAM Implementations.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.

- ServiceNow Certifications (Preferred)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Software Asset Management (SAM)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist Discovery
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience developing ServiceNow GRC/IRM (Governance Risk and Compliance / Integrated Risk Management) modules including good understanding of Authority Documents Citations Policies Control Objectives Acknowledgment Campaigns Entity Types Risk and Audit processes in ServiceNow.
- Solid ServiceNow ITOM Developer knowledge and experience (Software Asset Management CMDB MID Server and Discovery)
- Skills with using JavaScript REST and SOAP integrations.
- Experience with ServiceNow App Engine Studio with UI Builder.
- Experience designing and developing ServiceNow process flows and workflow.
- Effective executive/stakeholder level briefings.
- Excellent communication and written skills

- Knowledge and experience on multiple ServiceNow modules.
Education:
- Bachelors degree with 7 years of experience
