Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager with a strong background in the gold industry to lead our branch operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing branch activities driving sales and ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a deep understanding of gold products and market trends exceptional leadership skills and the ability to meet and exceed business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Branch Operations Management:

    • Oversee daily operations of the branch ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
    • Manage branch staff including recruitment training performance evaluation and development.
    • Ensure the branch maintains high standards of security and audit compliance particularly regarding gold transactions.
  2. Sales and Business Development:

    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business growth.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends to stay competitive in the gold industry.
  3. Customer Service:

    • Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
    • Promote customercentric culture and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
    • Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve service quality.
  4. Financial Management:

    • Prepare and manage branch budgets including expense control and profitability analysis.
    • Monitor financial performance including sales revenue and costs and take corrective actions as necessary.
    • Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  5. Gold Product Management:

    • Maintain a deep understanding of gold products pricing and market dynamics.
    • Oversee the purchase storage and sale of gold ensuring optimal inventory levels.
    • Implement risk management strategies to safeguard against market volatility.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management:

    • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to the gold industry.
    • Implement and monitor risk management practices including antimoney laundering (AML) and knowyourcustomer (KYC) policies.
    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate risks.
