We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as an Employee Engagement & Employer Branding Intern. This internship is a fantastic opportunity to gain handson experience in a dynamic workplace develop your skills and make a real impact on our companys culture and online presence.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing employer branding strategies.

Create engaging social media content including TikTok and instagram videos to showcase our company culture and employee experiences.

Support internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.

Collaborate with various teams to gather content and stories that highlight our culture.

Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our content.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas for content and engagement strategies.

Requirements

Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing Communications Human Resources or a related field.

Strong interest in employer branding and employee engagement.

Proficiency with social media platforms especially TikTok.

Creative mindset with excellent communication and storytelling skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of video editing tools and techniques is a plus.

Enthusiastic proactive and eager to learn.
