Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree. Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role; experience in a B2B environment is preferred. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Hindi and Bengali. CustomerOriented: Strong customer service skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
