Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Training Administrator to organize manage and facilitate all administrative aspects of our training programs. This role is key to the smooth operation of our training initiatives involving coordination of schedules management of training resources and communication with participants and trainers. The ideal candidate will be highly organized possess excellent communication skills and have a passion for education and development.

Responsibilities

  • Training Coordination

  • Organize training sessions by scheduling dates booking venues and ensuring all necessary equipment and materials are available.

  • Register participants manage attendance records and handle logistical arrangements.

  • Work with Technical Trainers in the factory and ensure work instruction training is occurring as per the training matrix.

  • Communication

  • Act as the liaison between trainers participants and internal teams to ensure all parties are informed and prepared for training events.

  • Provide ongoing support to trainers and participants answering queries and resolving any issues that arise.

  • Resource Management

  • Maintain and manage inventory of training materials ensuring resources are up to date and available as needed.

  • Assist in the development and updating of training materials as required.

Requirements

  • Experience in an administrative role preferably within a training or educational environment.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple training events simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of working effectively with trainers and trainees.

Desirable

  • Experience with elearning platforms and digital training resources.

  • Background in educational program management.

Software

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Education

  • A tertiary qualification in education business administration or related field is preferred.

Time Zone: Australian Business Hours

Applicant Location: Must be Filipinos living in the Philippines
