Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate daily Scrum sprint planning sprint demo and retrospective meetings.
• Oversee and guide the agile development team ensuring adherence to Scrum practices and agile methodologies.
• Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand project goals requirements and deliverables.
• Remove obstacles that hinder the teams progress and ensure the team delivers highquality products.
• Track project progress and performance using agile metrics and reporting tools.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by coaching the team in agile practices.
• Ensure clear and effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role in an agile development environment.
• Strong understanding of Scrum Agile and other project management methodologies.
• Excellent communication facilitation and coaching skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar agile certification preferred.
• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
