Job Description: As a Remote Call Center Specialist at Ezdan Holding Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone calls and emails. Your main duties will include answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing product information. You will also be responsible for maintaining customer records and updating information in the database.
