We have openings in our company ATMAN Solutions Pvt. Ltd. Ours is an engineering firm established in 2008 to serve diverse industry sectors like Dairy Food Processing Pharmaceutical Chemical Beverages Brewery etc We offer a variety of solutions to better serve the needs of clients. We are Turnkey Project Executor Process Engineering & Automation Solutions and Services provider. We execute full range of engineering solutions. ATMAN provides engineering solutions that encompass various stages of plant life cycle.


ATMAN is a growing company and we need someone to be the righthand person to our CEO. Were searching for a chief operating officer (COO) who has strong leadership skills and the ability to approach business with a creative point of view. The COO will lead our team of highperforming professionals to be efficient productive and effective. The ideal candidate has extensive experience within Construction / EPC project preferably having worked their way up to an executive role. We believe this trajectory helps a person develop a unique mix of business and management expertise plus proficiency with the practices policies and procedures of our industry.



Position : Chief Operating Officer

Qualification : BE/ BTech / MBA with excellent academic record


Location : Reporting Location : Ahmedabad


Experience : Min 15 yeras


Duties and Responsibilities:


Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision operations strategy and hiring levels objectives. Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth implementing organizationwide goal setting performance management and annual operations planning

Oversee company operations and employee productivity building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are met.

Ensure effective recruiting onboarding professional development performance management and retention

Ensure compliance with national and local business regulations and take appropriate action when necessary

Analyze internal operations and identify areas for process enhancement Implement business strategies and plans that align with the short and longterm objectives developed in tandem with CEO

Oversee Projects Finance operations HR and accounting and partner with CEO in sales management so that sufficient investment capital can be budgeted for nearterm growth targets

Manage capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor targets for growth and profitability

Monitor performance with tracking software and take corrective measures when necessary and prepare detailed updates and forecasts

Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers clients partners and stakeholders

Overseeing company operations project timelines business developments and employee productivity while building a highly inclusive culture to ensure team members thrive

Measuring and analyzing current revenue streams offerings and relationships to optimize business growth and revenue strategy.

Developing actionable business strategies objectives and plans that ensure alignment with short and longterm objectives developed in tandem with the CEO

Strategically managing organizing and coordinating employees from different departments and locations to ensure efficiency

Implementing financial procedures and organizational policies and programs to drive the company s operating capabilities to surpass the industry average.

Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies and collaborating with management. Building and maintaining relationships with other professionals and organizations in the industry
