In collaboration we areworking with a leading consulting firm who is looking to onboard a Germanspeaking Recruitment Specialist in Brixen/Bressanone.

Location: Brixen/Bressanone Italy (onsite)

Employment type: Fulltime

Remuneration: Base salary commission

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Actively search for highly qualified candidates in extensive resume databases and portfolio platforms
• Creatively design and posting job ads on leading job portals and social media
• Proactively reach out to industry experts to expand your network and develop a deep understanding of candidate needs
• Negotiate attractive employment terms with promising applicants
• Identify clients staffing requirements and defining the ideal qualifications for open positions

REQUIREMENTS:

• No previous experience or special degrees required the employer invests in your potential
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• High ambition and a proven track record of goal achievement
