A Senior Animator/entertainer is responsible for conducting coordinating promoting publicizing and facilitating club activities and programs in the Resort continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service.

What will I be doing

As a Senior Animator/entertainer you are responsible for conducting coordinating promoting publicizing and facilitating club activities and programs in the Resort continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service. Specifically you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Life and soul of the party
• Performing the activities listed on the daily Entertainment and Activity schedules.
• Practice preparation and scheduling of the daily Entertainment and Activity Schedule
• Performing the activities listed on the daily Evening Entertainment schedules.
• Performing at Special Events.
• Conducting coordinate promote publicize and facilitate all activities and programs for the spa/salon/fitness center/health club
• Promote a fun and relaxing atmosphere for guests in all recreational activities and areas by expressing an upbeat and enthusiastic attitude
• Perform receptionist duties including but not limited to answering telephones taking and relaying messages processing and recording financial transactions scheduling appointments and stocking and maintaining supplies as needed
• Maintain cleanliness of work area in accordance with local and company standards
• Assist in monitoring facility use to ensure guest safety
• Perform general Kids club / recreational duties as needed

Other Duties

Assimilate into the Hilton Family PRIDE/CARE culture through understanding supporting and participating in all elements of PRIDE/CARE. Demonstrate working knowledge of the service standards.

Regular attendance in conformance with the standards which may be established by Hilton from time to time is essential to the successful performance of this position.

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) may be required when performing work duties that may have the potential of risk to your health or safety. The hotel will provide the required PPE. Team members will be trained in the proper use and care of any assigned PPE. It is your responsibility to report defective damage or lost PPE or equipment that does not fit the properly to your Manager.
