Business Intelligence Developer

Required Experience:

• Minimum 4-5 years of Experience in Development in data analysis software and tools such as R, Python & SSAS
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Proficient in SQL for extracting and analyzing data from various sources
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze large complex data sets
• Knowledge of Python will be highly desirable
• Experience in the banking or financial services industry is preferred.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

• Analyzing, validating and transforming data with the use of complex SQL queries
• Collaborating with business units to gather requirements and transforming them into technical solutions
• Assisting business units with the creation and validation of reports through PowerBl
• Automating manual business procedures and calculations through queries and models
• Governing and ensuring the availability of data through automated refresh and monitoring procedure
• Maintaining environment and performance through monitoring, use of best practices and applying needed controls in collaboration with needed team
• Conducting meetings with several units for the purpose of alignment and documentation
• Work with dynamic cross functional teams including business, Solution architects & Data engineers
