Customer Success Manager

We are looking for a driven and experienced Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our growing team. In this role you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers ensuring they achieve maximum value from our SaaS platform and driving longterm customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboard new customers and ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges.
  • Proactively engage with customers to identify opportunities for growth and maximize their success.
  • Provide ongoing product training and support.
  • Track customer health metrics and identify atrisk accounts.
  • Escalate customer issues and work with internal teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the product and customer experience.
  • Develop and deliver customer success programs and initiatives.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in a relevant field (business marketing communications) or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success account management or a related role.
  • Proven track record of exceeding customer success goals.
  • Indepth knowledge of SaaS products and the customer success lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
