REQUIRED SKILLS

• Executes creative design details including layout writes copy edits color selection and/or illustration for marketing collateral and product design concepts
• Executes on general design and print layout of common marketing and communication tools collateral presentations posters tradeshow graphics etc.
• Provides support for the design of marketing materials in various creative categories i.e. rich media graphic design supporting delivery of sophisticated custom marketing materials: campaign materials adoption marketing materials event promotion materials digital photography video flash illustration newsletters web graphics etc.
• Works on multiple projects as a project leader or technical leader/consultant
• Works on complex tasks projects or issues that involve a high degree of risk impacts business unit performance and makes use of the individuals high level of knowledge within one or more areas of graphic design technologies
• Coaches and mentors staff
• Works without supervision on the most complex projects
