Curriculum Coordinator

Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of the Early Years curriculum in alignment with IB standards.
  
• Collaborate with teachers to ensure effective delivery of the curriculum.
  
• Provide professional development and support to teaching staff.
  
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the curriculum and make necessary adjustments.
  
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
  
• Engage with parents and the community to support student learning and development.
  

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in curriculum development.
  
• Proven experience with the IB program.
  
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  
• A passion for early childhood education and a commitment to continuous improvement.
  
• Training in special needs is an added advantage.
  
• Bachelor s degree in education.
  
• Master s degree is an added advantage
