Lead Full Stack Engineer

KTI Talent Indicator is a talent discovery software platform with AI that offers: talent mapping assessment and reskilling services with training to companies. We are looking for a Lead Full Stack Engineer for an important client in the engineering sector.

Location:Ho Chi Minh Vietnam

Functions

1. Lead a Full Stack engineering team (Go SvelteKit).
2. Responsible and accountable for architecture design development and maintenance of performant reliable and highly scalable web apps and services using Svelte SvelteKit and Golang.
3. Lead the team to deliver clean maintainable efficient and testable code adhering to best practices and coding standards.
4. Ensure the security and integrity of systems by implementing appropriate authentication authorization and data protection measures.
5. Ensure that the teams code is thoroughly tested and debugged and collaborate with QA to ensure highquality software delivery.
6. Conduct component tests to demonstrate alignment with solution and framework requirements.
7. Work with DevOps engineers to deploy and manage applications in production.
8. Perform code reviews provide suggestions for fixes and improvements and offer guidance to team members.
9. Develop and demonstrate a broad set of technology skills including SvelteKit Golang Java microservice design patterns open source libraries and frameworks technological architecture and concepts.
10. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues (e.g. bugs performance bottlenecks).
11. Ensure that documentation is uptodate and accessible to the team

Requirements

1. 3 years experience in full stack web app development
2. Strong proficiency with Golang JavaScript Java
3. 3 years leading full stack teams building highly performant web apps with TypeScript and highly scalable microservices with Golang
4. 2 years of engineering management experience leading a team of 4 engineers building scalable enterpriseclass products
5. Experience with Git source code management
6. Experience in developing and deploying cloudbased containerized microservices architectures and API design
7. Experience with RDBs and NoSQL databases
8. Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

1. Degree in computer science electrical engineering or related field
2. Experience with Agile SCRUM
3. Familiarity with SvelteKit
