At StoryMachine we are looking for a committed and creative Communications Consultant / Social Media Manager (m/f/d). In this position you will be responsible for the development and implementation of effective communication strategies for our B2B clients in the areas of executive and corporate communications.

• You will be in daily contact with your clients ensuring that your projects are completed on time and surprising them with new topics and trends every day. Collaborating with various departments you will take digital strategic communication to new heights
• You will create regular and appealing content for your clients social media channels (e.g. LinkedIn Instagram TikTok X/Twitter Threads) and come up with new post formats and concepts both in the areas of corporate communication and executive communication
• As part of the team you will advise your clients on all questions relating to strategic digital communication for positioning Clevel executives on social media networks and for corporate communications
• You will identify trends and best practice examples and adapt them for your clients
• You know how important community management and outreach are for social media presence and will set up and implement appropriate processes as part of the team

Qualifikationen

• Several years of experience in editorial offices communications agencies or inhouse communications
• A traineeship in journalism and experience with social media especially LinkedIn are an advantage
• Aboveaverage English (native speaker level C2) and fluency in German (C1)
• Creative thinking and the ability to respond to challenges with solutions
• A strong sense of responsibility for your projects / tasks and your clients
• Adept at teamoriented work and communicating with clients
