Launch Pad Learning a dynamic and growing preschool education company is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Educator to join our team. We are looking for an individual who is eager to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and share their energy and creativity in a diverse learning environment.

Position: Early Childhood Educator
Status: Fulltime (40 hours/week) and PartTime (2030 hours/week) Monday Friday (8hour shifts)
Salary: $17 $23 per hour (Based on experience and qualifications)
Location: Hawthorne CA

Who Were Looking For:

• Educational Background: Associates Degree (required) Bachelors degree (preferred); 12 ECE units minimum and at least one infantspecific development or curriculum class class; CA Child Development Permit or ability to acquire one.
  

• Experience & Certifications: 6 months in child care (preferred); CPR/First Aid certified (preferred).
  

• Skills: Strong communication skills bilingual a plus commitment to health and safety protocols.
