Job Title: RN Medical / Surgical

Location: 3700 Washington Avenue Evansville IN 47714

Shift: 12hour shifts three days per week. Shift schedule: 06:30 19:00. Total of 36 hours per week

Salary: $52.38/hr

• • Taxable Component: $43.55/hr
  • Per Diem (Local Rate): $8.83/hr
  • Reward on nonlocal rate: $7.23/hr ($45.15)

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical unit.
• Assess patient conditions and collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to any changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and selfcare techniques.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of Indiana.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a Medical/Surgical setting.
• BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
