Job Title: RN Medical / Surgical

Location: 455 Tollgate Road Warwick RI 02886

Shift: 19:00 07:30 Monday to Friday three days of 12hour shifts.

Per Week: 36 Hours

Salary: The allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate $78.62/hr

Taxable Component: $68.87/hr

Per Diem (NonLocal Rate): $9.75/hr.

Requirement: RN medical/Surgical with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Need 2 Professional References.

Department: Med Surg 5W

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Monitor record and communicate patient condition as appropriate.
• Act as the primary coordinator of all disciplines for wellcoordinated patient care.
• Execute physician and nursing orders.
• Assess and coordinate patient discharge planning needs with the healthcare team
