We are a leading healthcare facility committed to delivering exceptional patient care and fostering a supportive work environment. Currently we are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Intensive Care Unit.

Job Title: RN ICU

Location: 810 St. Vincents Drive Birmingham AL 35205

Shift: 12hour shifts three days per week. Shift schedule: 18:45 07:15. Total of 36 hours per week.

Salary:

• Allinclusive hourly nonlocal pay rate: $48.60/hr
  • Taxable component: $37.60/hr
  • Per diem: $11.00/hr
  • Nonlocal rewards: $6.71/hr
• Local Rates (Below 50 Miles): $38.88/hr

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).
• Monitor and assess patient conditions initiate interventions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Ensure compliance with NIH guidelines and maintain accurate patient records.
• Facilitate patient and family education and support.

Requirements:

• RN ICU with Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) Certification.
• Familiarity with The National Institutes of Health (NIH) guidelines.
• Two professional references required.
