Since 2001 our client has been a trusted provider of professional management services nationwide working with some of the countrys largest retailers real estate holding companies insurance providers and commercial lenders. They are renowned for being an integral extension of their clients teams offering comprehensive facilities management emergency disaster response and environmental services.

Position Overview:

Our client is on the lookout for a proactive and meticulous Project Manager. The ideal candidate will exhibit strategic thinking superb organizational skills and excellent time management. Strong communication skills and the ability to analyze and interpret data are essential. This role focuses on ensuring compliance with federal state and local regulations related to hazardous environments. The successful candidate will be reliable follow instructions meticulously and adapt seamlessly to a fastpaced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise all maintenance processes and operations.
  • Monitor expenses and manage the maintenance budget effectively.
  • Ensure all equipment meets operational standards through regular maintenance.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures.
  • Perform regular facility inspections to identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety policies and procedures for all department staff.
  • Schedule repairs and provide accurate repair cost estimates.
  • Maintain thorough documentation including daily progress reports and maintenance logs.
  • Manage equipment inventory and order new supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to all company field procedures and protocols.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage expectations efficiently.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Effective problemsolving abilities.
  • Good technical knowledge of plumbing carpentry and electrical systems.
  • Strong understanding of facilities machinery and equipment.
  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • High standards for recordkeeping.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong decisionmaking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated creative problemsolving and analytical skills.
  • Basic knowledge of relevant regulations.

Experience Education and Qualifications:

  • A bachelors degree in business administration facility management or a related field is preferred.
  • At least experience in mitigation or restoration is preferred.
  • Previous managerial experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Word Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Certification in inspection cleaning and restoration preferred
