Job Description: We are seeking passionate and driven individuals to join our team as Remote Event Planners. In this role you will have the opportunity to work parttime or fulltime setting your own schedule while assisting clients in planning itineraries for diverse events including but not limited to corporate travel family reunions sporting events weddings and other special occasions.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives preferences and budgetary constraints.
  
• Research and recommend suitable destinations venues accommodations transportation options and activities based on client requirements.
  
• Develop customized event itineraries that align with client preferences ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
  
• Coordinate logistics including booking flights accommodations ground transportation and event venues.
  
• Liaise with vendors suppliers and local contacts to negotiate pricing secure reservations and confirm arrangements.
  
• Provide ongoing support and communication to clients throughout the planning process addressing any concerns or modifications promptly.
  
• Ensure adherence to timelines budgets and quality standards to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in event planning hospitality travel or related fields is preferred.
